6. Your rights
You may contact us to access, correct or delete your information. This policy is written in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. EKORA (attendance, payroll, stock and customers)
When a company uses EKORA, we store the company’s account details (name, owner, mobile, email), its employees’ names, mobile numbers, roles and salary details, attendance punches, and the company’s sales, expense, stock and customer records. The company owner is responsible for informing employees and customers about this data.
For attendance, an employee’s phone shares a selfie and the location at the moment of punching. Selfies are visible only to that company’s owner and are deleted automatically after 60 days. Location is read only when the employee punches. Passwords and PINs are stored in encrypted (hashed) form.
For face-based attendance, the employee’s phone converts the face into a numeric face template (not a photo) that is stored with the employee record and compared at each punch. The owner can reset it at any time, and it is deleted with the account.
A company owner can download all data of the account, or permanently delete the account and all its data, at any time from Billing & Account inside EKORA. The AI assistant answers from the company’s own data; if an AI service is enabled, only the summary needed to answer a question is sent to it and it is not used to train models.
