1. Our service
Above Partner is a platform that connects customers with service partners. Services are generally provided by independent partners. We make every effort to find a suitable partner but cannot guarantee that every request will be fulfilled.
2. For customers
- Provide an accurate name, mobile number and address.
- Agree on price, timing and scope of work directly with the partner, and confirm them before making any payment.
- Report any issue to us by phone or WhatsApp and we will help resolve it.
3. For partners
- All registration details must be accurate and your own.
- The registration fee is shown on the website at the time of registration (listed at ₹999, one-time). Any launch offer or discount shown on the site, including a 100% discount, is applied to that fee.
- Treat customers professionally and complete agreed work honestly. Accounts may be suspended for false information or misconduct.
4. Login and communication
Your mobile number is used for OTP login. With your consent we may send updates on WhatsApp. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of liability
Responsibility for the work performed by a partner, its quality and any resulting loss rests primarily with that partner. Above Partner’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Faridabad, Haryana shall have jurisdiction.
7. EKORA subscription
EKORA is free for up to the number of active employees shown on its pricing page. Beyond that, a monthly fee per extra employee applies, paid in advance by UPI or bank transfer and activated by the Above Partner team. The company owner is responsible for the accuracy of attendance, payroll and business records entered, for using attendance photos and location lawfully, and for keeping the account password safe. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
